Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

 

About the company

An award-winning brand performance agency are looking for a Paid Media Business Director to join their team on a hybrid basis from their East London offices.

The business takes pride in the exceptional level of service they offer to their exciting array of household name clients, which you will have the opportunity to take the lead on. As Paid Media Business Director you will coordinate the agencies offerings to clients across all digital media channels as well as traditional and OOH media.

 

Paid Media Business Director Role & Responsibilities

As Paid Media Business Director you will work closely with Account Directors to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service across all digital offerings, as well as being the first point of senior contact for clients. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Overseeing all digital and non-digital strategy of the client accounts you work on.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
  • Lead on the support and development of Account Directors across the digital teams.
  • Work with the Director of Paid Media to further the agencies offerings including training and development, client performance reporting and new business pitches.
  • Being involved in digital strategies of the teams underneath you, allocating resources appropriately within each team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business is committed to your continuing development and will support you to be successful in your role as you develop. The agency does, however, ask that you have:

  • 6+ years of experience managing paid search, paid social and programmatic media.
  • Experience creating, optimising, and executing campaigns across the digital industry, PPC, Paid Media, Display etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital channels and how they work together collaboratively.
  • Strong client relationship management experience including new business acquisition and client account growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, including using and creating excel formulas to assist you turn data into actionable insights.
