Due to continuing growth and expansion plans, a fast-growing start-up agency based in central London is looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join their London-based office. As a start-up agency this role comes with huge opportunity to make the role your own and mould it around you.

Paid Media Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

Your work will offer a blend of strategy, team management, and management of a variety of interesting clients, while being supported by the Account Executives in your team to implement your strategy and vision. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Be chiefly responsible for the PPC and Paid Social strategy of a wide variety of clients.
  • Manage clients across Ecommerce, Travel, Fashion and Fitness brands.
  • Train and manage a small team of Paid Media Executive/s.
  • Planning, activation and ongoing management and optimisation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Reporting on performance of campaigns to clients.
  • Help grow the team with new members of the Paid Media team.
  • Grow the business with new business and client acquisition.
  • Work closely with senior clients on a regular basis, creating strong relationships and upselling when appropriate.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, have real input on the strategic and creative vision of the accounts you work on. The company asks that you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in Paid Media; across PPC and Paid Social.
  • Experience working with Ecommerce or Travel clients is ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience of working in an agency.
  • Previous experience in upselling and new business pitches is desirable but not essential.
  • Management skills, including delegation, team management and project management.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the like of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with the likes of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Google Data Studio are all desirable.
