About The Company

Due to continuing growth and expansion plans, a fast-growing start-up agency based in central London is looking for a Paid Media Account Executive to join their London-based office.

As a start-up agency this role comes with huge opportunity to progress. This position would be perfect for a Paid Media Account Executive who is eager to progress to a Paid Media Manager position. The business also offers training and development to its team, and if you have strong experience in PPC or Paid Social they are happy to train you in the other.

 

Paid Media Account Executive Role & Responsibilities

Your work will offer be heavily involved in activation and setting up of campaigns, with the opportunity to learn new channels and Paid Media strategy as you work towards an Account Manager position. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Be responsible for the hands-on activation and reporting of PPC and Paid Social campaigns for a variety of clients across Ecommerce, Travel, Fashion and Fitness.
  • Work closely with your Manager to learn client and project management.
  • A/B testing of campaigns to ensure optimisation and ongoing improvement.
  • Analysis of and reporting on performance of campaigns to account managers.
  • Work autonomously, owning your own tasks and communicating regularly with your manger about progress: Without being micromanaged.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, have real input on the strategic and creative vision of the accounts you work on. The company asks that you have:

  • 1+ year of experience working in either PPC or Paid Social. Experience in both is desirable, but not essential, as the agency is willing to teach.
  • The desire to learn and grow your skills and become a true cross-channel specialist across Paid Media.
  • Experience of working in an agency is also desirable.
  • Data analysis and reporting, with the like of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with the likes of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Google Data Studio are all desirable.
