Salary: £32,000 + Discretional Bonus

About the Company

An award-winning, global independent agency are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join their London office. The company is looking for an experienced Designer to become an integral part of the creative team, being responsible for the creative outputs of the agency.

The agency offers hybrid and flexible working to all its team, supporting you to work how and when works best for you. The agency is also huge on progression and offers the opportunity for internal training with other Creative and Design teams from their other offices around the world.

Midweight Graphic Designer Role & Responsibilities

As Midweight Graphic Designer, you will be work with the freedom you need to design and deliver the creative outputs needed for client campaigns. Additionally, you will:

  • Create exciting and informative infographics, imager, animations, and designs across an array of client accounts.
  • Act in a client facing capacity, turning creative briefs from clients into actionable outputs.
  • Take part in ideation as part of a team.
  • Work autonomously, to create any digital assets the client needs: Still and animated infographics, digital ads, banners, blog post or website imagery.
  • Collaborate and manage freelancers you work with, ensuring all work is completed to deadlines.

 

Skills and Experience

The company is committed to the development of its team through individually tailored, internal and external training, but does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/ UX Design.
  • Experience working closely with both B2B clients is ideal, but not essential.
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro.
  • Confident communicator, as you work closely with clients and other teams to meet client expectations.
  • A strong portfolio of creative design.
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a similar field is ideal, but not essential.
