About the Company

An exciting opportunity for a new Junior CRM Manager has become available due to the businesses’ explosive expansion. This expansion has led to readjustment of company structure, allowing for greater opportunities for progression and learning new platforms and channels.

The company offers complete hybrid working with the rare occasion when you may be asked to work from the office.

This role would suit someone with strong German and English (both spoken and written), and a background in customer relationship management, but who is still eager to continue to learn, test and grow with the company.

CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior CRM Manager, you will work with the support of the CRM and Senior CRM Managers to create and manage campaign plans for international email communication. Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and sending emails in Emarysys, as a part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• Using A/B testing to continuously optimise your work for greater campaign effectiveness.
• Being responsible for using analytics platforms for analysing and reporting campaign and testing results, suggesting improvements to improve KPIs.

Your Skills & Experience

While your personal and professional growth and continued learning will be supported, you will ideally have:

• 1+ years’ experience in CRM and email marketing
• Gained initial experience in using CRM tools. (Emarsys experience desirable)
• An analytical and solution-oriented approach, with a knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics and using these to inform decisions.
• A working knowledge of HTML or CSS and campaign automation software.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2).
