Head of Performance Marketing

Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing – Social Ads

Location: Berlin

Salary: Up to €80,000

 

Our client is a well established digital marketing agency with a ‘young, thriving’ atmosphere, who are rapidly expanding and will shortly be opening their second office in the city!

Working with a variety of clients on diverse projects, this company is an expert in delivering a high quality performance marketing service to a wide range of audiences for large corporations, medium sized companies and new ventures. To continue with their expansion, they are now searching for a talented Head of Performance Marketing – Social Ads. This is a key role within the company with a lot of autonomy and expansion opportunities. You will manage your own team of Paid Social Specialists whilst also being integral to the wider recruitment process as the company expands.

 

About the Head of Performance Marketing role

  • 360 overview of social ads team; from conception to creation to analysis of cross-channel performance and growth for your clients
  • Collaboration with the Head of SEA, Head of Design and co-founders for customer-oriented project management and strategy-driven customer development plans
  • Management of full paid social budgets
  • Set up and management of Paid Social ads across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for your B2B clients
  • Data Analysis; creating KPI based performance reports to share with the team
  • Weekly meetings with your team members

 

Skills & experience required for the Head of Performance Marketing

  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, having focused on paid social within a B2B environment
  • Fluent English, German is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis
  • Experience in managing and developing client relationships
  • In-depth and hands on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Stack, Excel
  • You already have experience of managing your own team
