Head of Paid Social and Display
Location: Berlin, Germany – Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Salary: Up to €100,000.
Languages: C1 German minimum.
About the Company
A leading, digital performance agency based in Berlin are looking for a Head of Paid Social and Display to lead their Paid Social and Programmatic teams. This role is a hybrid and flexible basis, with 2 days a week in the company office and flexibility around your working schedule to suit your individual needs.
As part of a large network of companies and agencies, you will have the support of the wider network while still getting to enjoy being part of a close-knit and integrated agency. The business works in a flat hierarchy, with the Managing Director still being involved in the team and always available.
The agency prides itself on supporting their team by providing goals and targets, teaching, and regular coaching: Without the micromanagement of larger agencies. You will be supported to work how is best for you.

As Head of Paid Social and Display, you will be instrumental in the continuing operation and development of the Paid Social and Programmatic Display efforts of the business. This role also comes with the opportunity to transition into a channel-specific role.
