About The Company
Due to internal growth within the business, an award-winning performance agency based in London are looking for a Head of Paid Media and Innovation to be responsible for the continuing development of the agencies Paid Media offerings and team.
You will have the freedom to innovate the agencies Paid Media offerings to grow client accounts and win new business opportunities across PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in the future of the agency, as you work closely with, and are supported by, the Head of Paid Media and CEO.

As the agency’s Head of Paid Media and Innovation, you will oversee the operations of Directors across Paid Social, PPC and Programmatic, assisting in optimising performance for clients. Additionally, your role will include:
