Location: Remote – Hybrid – London

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

About the Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a marketing agency specialising in blockchain based solutions based in Central London are looking for a Head of Content Marketing to take lead of their Content team.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from the Directors, as you lead strategy and execution of the agencies marketing offerings. This role comes with the autonomy to implement your own ideas and have a real and genuine impact on a growing business, as you grow the department under your leadership.

While the business is based out of their modern Central London, they offer remote, hybrid and flexible working: The agency wants to work with you, and it is not essential that you are based in London.

 

Head of Content Marketing Role & Responsibilities

As Head of Content Marketing, you will take charge of the development of the SEO department and expand their existing network of clients. You’ll be responsible for measuring and optimizing campaign and content performance to drive sales across the department. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Create innovative content marketing strategy across multiple media partners and numerous countries, to best promote the agencies clients in target markets.
  • Identify new strategies and tactics, to further client visibility.
  • Manage 6-figure monthly budgets.
  • Produce content for clients, with a heavy focus on driving revenue.
  • Remain hands-on with writing industry leading content.
  • Communicating with various clients and stakeholders, providing them with regular reports from your work and the work of your team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Content Marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as an agency.
  • A strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable success in implementing and optimising content and social media campaigns and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience managing client accounts, closing leads, and developing sales pipelines.
  • An analytical mindset honed by years of using data to drive decision making at the strategy level across multiple channels.
  • An understanding of blockchain and crypto industry is ideal, but not essential.
