Digital Project Lead – 9 Months FTC

Location: London – Hybrid & Flexible Working

Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 + Discretionary Bonus

A small network agency with offices in central London are looking for a Digital Project Lead to join their digital media team. This is a 9-month contract, acting as maternity cover, but with strong potential to go permanent as the team is quickly expanding. The business works with some household name clients, which you will have the opportunity to take the lead on.

Digital Project Lead Role & Responsibilities

As Digital Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on planning and managing digital media campaigns for some of the biggest retail brands in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall planning for digital campaigns across all of digital media.
  • Working closely with, and being supported by, the Media Director on overall campaign and planning strategy.
  • Training the junior members of the team, with indirect management of the Mangers and Executives.
  • Work closely with clients, such as senior stakeholders.
  • Data analysis of retail data to provide insights on Paid Social, Digital OOH and Programmatic.

 

About you

The business is committed to your professional development, and offers internal and external training, to help you grow into the Digital Project Lead role, with the potential for this role to go permanent. The business does ask that you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital performance campaign management.
  • Experience working towards Performance Marketing KPIs such as ROI, ROAS and Sales metrics.
  • Client facing background and experience is essential.
  • Experience with the management and development of junior employees.
  • Experience working on the full lifecycle of projects and campaigns, from ideation and inception to management and optimisation.
  • An adaptable mindset, with the ability to react to changes in the market and industry with ease.
