Digital Marketing Manager (PPC + SEO)

Location: Liverpool – Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

About the Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, this fast-growing digital agency based in Liverpool city centre are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work across PPC and SEO for their clients, predominantly focusing on PPC.

While based in Liverpool, the agency operates on a hybrid and flexible working basis: Giving you the flexibility to work how is best for you.

The agency offers a broad range of digital services and is now looking to expand into PPC and offer more PPC services to its existing clients; Giving you a great opportunity to lead and own the PPC efforts and grow the team beneath you, with a pre-existing client base.

 

Digital Marketing Specialist Role & Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across PPC, with occasionally supporting the SEO team: Although this will not be your main, day-to-day role. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Take control of the business’s PPC efforts, with the support of the senior members of the agency.
  • Lead on PPC strategy and campaign management.
  • Still remaining hands-on with PPC execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • An analytical mindset and an attention to detail, as you develop reports for clients to showcase the results of your work.
  • Communicating regularly with clients, answering any questions they may have on campaign performance.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, working across PPC (essential) and SEO (ideal).
  • Experience of working in an agency environment.
  • Google Ads experience is essential.
  • Hands on experience of SEO is nice-to-have, but a working knowledge of SEO strategy and best practice is essential.
  • A desire to continue to learn both sides of Search Marketing (SEO and PPC).
  • Strong communication skills, as you will work closely with clients to build relationships.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various other departments and teams across the agency.
  • Experience with all the classic digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, AhRefs, or Screaming Frog.
