An industry-leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team and support the business in their marketing efforts working across the company website, social media, and email marketing.

The business offers technical IT solutions to businesses throughout the UK, working with Cloud and Infrastructure technologies. An understanding of these technologies is ideal but not necessary, as everything will be taught.

The MSP was originally built upon a Digital Marketing business meaning you will have the work support of marketing and you will be fully supported in your role to learn and develop as you progress in your digital marketing career. The business offers hybrid and flexible working, and you will be supported to work however works best for you.

 

Digital Marketing Executive Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the business’s brand presence, driving digital campaigns, and engaging their target audience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of:

  • Managing full-funnel digital campaigns, advertising the company’s services to their target audience: Senior stakeholders and decision markers.
  • Creation, implementation, and optimisation of targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Data analysis, with A/B testing to optimise marketing strategies and performance.
  • Audience segmentation and engagement.
  • Some event co-ordination and management, with the support of the senior members of the digital marketing team.
  • Create content for email marketing, website, and social media.
  • Maintain the business’s brand is consistent across multiple digital platforms.

 

Skills and Experiences

You will be supported to grow and develop in your digital marketing career and will work in a hybrid and flexible environment. The business does ask that you have:

Required:

  • Experience in Digital Campaign Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of the Cloud Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Social Media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience in Event Coordination, from planning to execution.
  • Ability to strategize and execute Digital Content Planning and Creation across various channels.
  • Strong grasp of Brand Development and Messaging principles.

Desirable:

  • Experience in marketing Azure and Oracle technologies.
  • Technical understanding of cloud technologies to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
