A leading full-service Marketing Agency Berlin is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to join them in creating customer-oriented campaigns for their numerous e-Commerce business.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be planning media campaigns across display advertising, email marketing, programmatic advertising and other online channels. The agency is looking for someone who can speak German to a native level and who is also fluent in English.

Digital Marketing Consultant Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for the cross-channel strategy, media planning and account management on behalf of the business brands in the E-commerce, D2C and lifestyle brands industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Turn client’s business goals into achievable marketing goals by helping them understand how to beat spend their online media budget.
  • Work with offline consultants on integrated campaigns.
  • Work with clients to interpret briefs for online media campaigns.
  • Audience planning and research using tools such as Agof.
  • Write cross channel online media plans in Excel that include forecasted expenditure and KPIs such as Impressions, Sales, Revenue, CPA, etc.
  • Brief the Performance Marketing team, DSPs, Publishers, and the external partners on campaigns, and provide them with recommendations on how to optimise campaigns.
  • Project Manage these delivery teams to ensure they stick to the strategy and budgets and hit KPIs and deadlines.
  • Collect and review post campaign analysis reports from all delivery teams/partners and present to client (this can be an Excel report with commentary or a more formal client meeting/call).
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and identify opportunities to sell in additional services or grow accounts.
  • Manage budgets up to 7 digits per month.

 

Your Experience & Skills

You will have a personal career progression plan and an individual development budget to attend conferences and partake in courses. The agency does, however, ask that you have:

  • Languages: Native German
  • 2 – 4 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Experience with Agof or similar tools.
  • Have to be able to create an integrated online media plan.
  • Strong client facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking – ability to identify actionable insights from data to inform campaign strategy.
  • Clear thinking patterns – logical approach to media planning.
