Salary: £70,000 – £80,000

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a London-based independent agency is looking for a Digital Account Director to oversee the delivery of strategic leadership for client campaigns, while being supported by a team of managers.

As a leading performance marketing agency with offices around the globe, you will have the opportunity to work on household and international brands.


Digital Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Digital Account Director, you will take leadership on key client accounts, ensuring the agency’s clients are more than satisfied with their partnership with the agency. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Ensuring that works across all digital marketing departments is of the highest quality.
  • Support the work and development of the junior members of your team, using your skills and experience in digital marketing to guide account managers and executives.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.
  • Provide support to European offices when required.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, as you grow the teams underneath you. The company asks that you have:

  • 7+ years working in digital marketing, including PPC and Paid Social (most platforms).
  • Programmatic, CRM, eCommerce, media planning would all be desirable.
  • Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
  • Agency experience is essential.
