Job Title: Client Services Account Director

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Discretional Bonuses

About the Company

Due to exciting new changes and growth, the business is looking for a Client Services Account Director to collaborate with necessary departments throughout the business, and be the crucial point of contact between stakeholders, strategy and relationships.

Client Services Account Director Role & Responsibilities

You’ll assist in leading the strategic direction of the Client Services team, mentoring the managers and execs who support your work, and use your excellent communication and multi-taking skills to maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, your role will encompass:

  • Identifying and securing new opportunities for revenue in existing channels and new channels, and opportunities for cross-channel sales.
  • Managing campaign strategy and delivery, from ideation to reporting.
  • Being responsible for monthly client billing working with finance to ensure accuracy.
  • Leading the Account Manager and Execs within your team, provide ongoing support for their development, as they support the execution of your strategy.
  • Contributing and lead new business pitches, working with delivery teams to both maintain relationships with existing key client accounts and secure new business opportunities.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will have a strong working knowledge across a wide range of digital channels and a deep understanding of how they work together: But you will receive whatever support necessary, to work however works best for your work. Additionally, you will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience either Client side or agency, in online marketing channels such as Paid Media or SEO*.
  • Experience in planning multi-channel campaigns for major brands.
  • Experience of leading and developing teams to realise their full potential.
  • Willing and able to work remotely, from client offices globally, when necessary.
  • A commercial focus, looking for opportunities for growth and working with business teams for cross-channel sales opportunities.

*Previous experience may have been as a Senior Client Services Manager, Senior SEO Manager, SEO Manager, SEO Account Manager, Senior Paid Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, Paid Media Account Manager, Digital Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or something similar.
