A fast-growing digital marketing agency based in the heart of London are looking for a CRO Manager join their expanding team on a hybrid basis. This work is split across working from home, two days in the office or in client’s office, and one team day in the office.

CRO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As CRO Manager, you will work in-house with the clients’ teams either in the client’s office or remotely over teams. You will drive client conversions and be an expert in all things CRO that clients can rely on. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Run CRO programs from scratch for clients who have little to no experience with CRO.
  • Create and manage testing strategies for clients, to producing substantial and long-term results.
  • Create hypothesis to address issues, using data to design effective solutions.
  • Analyse and evaluate experiments, reporting on results to drive strategy.
  • Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Working autonomously, as everyone is self-sufficient and manages their own workload.
  • Client management, as you assist project leads on strategy and help develop client accounts.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business offers support for career development and exploring other areas of digital marketing that interest you, that the agency works in. The business does ask however, that you have:

  • 2+ years of strong CRO experience.
  • Agency OR client-side experience.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing channels is advantageous, but can be taught.
  • Experience running end-to-end programs.
  • An analytical mindset, able to identify actionable insights from complicated data.
  • Experience with web analytics and CRO tools.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and optimising online conversions.
