Location: Remote (UK, Poland, Germany)
Salary: £45,000 / €50,000

The marketing team continues to grow, and they are on the lookout for exceptional specialists in CRM & Email Marketing to expand and improve the customer journey and strategy. Could this be your next move?
About the CRM Specialist role
- Technical email marketing set up
- Effectively integrating email marketing with Shopify and social channels using the purpose-built ESP
- Assisting with establishing email marketing flows for new business
- Analysis and implementation of new processes
- Testing new creatives using A/B
- Testing new channels such as SMS
- Assisting with the development of the new customer data platform
Skills & experience required for the CRM Specialist
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing and have a good knowledge of various CRM systems
- A proven record of driving customer retention for businesses, ideally within the e-commerce space
- A fast learner and a team player
- Manage your time efficiently with the ability to work towards deadlines
- Have a test-and-learn approach to data and creatives
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to dive into data to assist with the development of customer insights
