About the Company
An exciting opportunity for a new CRM Manager has become available due to the businesses’ explosive expansion. This expansion has led to a readjustment of company structure, allowing for greater opportunities for progression into Senior CRM Manager and Team Lead positions.
The company offers complete hybrid working and while you may be asked to work from the office on rare occasion, when that is would entirely be your decision.
This role would suit someone with strong German and English (both spoken and written), and a strong background in customer relationship management, but who is still eager to continue to learn, test and grow with the company.
CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities
As a CRM Manager, you will lead Junior CRM Managers in your team to implement customer retention strategies; while working with the support of the Senior CRM Managers to design and develop these strategies. Additionally, your rule will include:
