About the Company

An exciting opportunity for a new CRM Manager has become available due to the businesses’ explosive expansion. This expansion has led to a readjustment of company structure, allowing for greater opportunities for progression into Senior CRM Manager and Team Lead positions.

The company offers complete hybrid working and while you may be asked to work from the office on rare occasion, when that is would entirely be your decision.
This role would suit someone with strong German and English (both spoken and written), and a strong background in customer relationship management, but who is still eager to continue to learn, test and grow with the company.

 

CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities

As a CRM Manager, you will lead Junior CRM Managers in your team to implement customer retention strategies; while working with the support of the Senior CRM Managers to design and develop these strategies. Additionally, your rule will include:

  • KPI Analysis and reporting, in conjunction with customer segmentation to create and optimise multichannel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments, such as Performance Marketing, Branding, BI and Content.
  • Create personalised communication campaigns incorporating audience segmentation.

 

Your Skills & Experience

While your personal and professional growth and continued learning will be supported, you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in operational CRM, with focuses on email marketing, Customer Lifecycle optimisation *.
  • Experience setting up new CRM tools. (Emarsys experience desirable)
  • An analytical and number-driven approach, with a good working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics and using these to make informed decisions.
  • A knowledge of working with SQL, JavaScript, HTML5 or similar, as well as feed management systems and personalisation engines (desriable).
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2).
