The Company

A business that owns some of the world’s largest sports and fashion brands based are looking for a CRM Manager to join their offices based in central London and play a pivotal role in enhancing their customers experience, engagement, and loyalty.

The business is a truly global, industry-leader. Meaning you’ll have the opportunity to work on global campaigns (with a big focus on email marketing), across multiple huge-name brands.

The business offers hybrid and flexible working to its employees, with 3 days a week in the company’s central London office. You will be supported with an individually tailored progression plan, to help you progress and grow in your CRM and digital marketing career.


CRM Manager Role and Responsibilities:

As CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize customer relationship management with a strong focus on email marketing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Work heavily on email marketing campaigns, with the opportunities to expand into other digital channels.
  • Use audience and customer segmentation to ensure different audience values are targeted, across multiple brands and multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data: Creating reports to identify and implement opportunities for optimisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and the wider digital marketing industry.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across multiple brands to ensure customer experience and campaigns are aligned with other aspects of the buyer’s journey.


CRM Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on email marketing.
  • Previous experience working on global email marketing campaigns.
  • Previous team and line management experience.
  • Knowledge of wider digital marketing practices and industries.
  • Previous experience working on customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through CRM campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
