Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + Discretional Bonuses

Ideally you will be someone with a strong background in managing complex projects, working to deadlines, and experience in leading Client Services teams to not just meet, but exceed expectations.

Client Services Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Client Services Director, you will take leadership on building strong client relationships with the goal of designing successful digital marketing strategy, for a portfolio of industry-dominating clients. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Playing a central on role on the acquisition of new business, as you interpret client briefs into actionable outputs. This involvement may vary from client to client, from leading projects to contributing an RFP response.
  • Playing a direct role in the formulation of strategy, planning and activation of projects across multiple channels, with the support of the Head of Client Strategy.
  • Working with the Client Partner to map the client’s organisation, gain a deep understanding of their business and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Account Directors to ensure seamless activation for all new and existing activity.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • In-depth demonstrable experience working operationally in a client facing capacity in PPC, SEO, Social and Display, either agency or publisher side.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel projects, leading the Client Strategy team to work and deliver to deadlines.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor your team to not just meet but exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills; with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with clients and secure new business.
  • A mathematical and analytical mindset, being confident and flexible as you use data to adapt your strategies as necessary.
