Job Title: Client Services Account Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + Discretional Bonuses

Are you confident in taking charge of client communications and building lasting relationships? Ideally you will be someone with a background in managing projects, working to deadlines, and have confidence in liaising with clients on a regular basis.


About the company

Due to continued successes and growth, the business is looking for a Client Services Account Manager to provide support with a portfolio of industry-dominating and varied clients.

The agency will give you training and shadowing opportunities to support you and your progression within the company. As an agency that provides client services across a wide array of digital marketing channels, you will be given the opportunity to work with and learn new channels that interest you.


Client Services Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Client Services Account Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside and learn from senior team members, as you support them with running client accounts. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Being confident on client calls as you lead client relations; eventually leading to securing new business.
  • Project management and client communication: Being confident making recommendations to clients from your analysis.
  • Working alongside strategy department to assisting in the strategy and planning of multi-channel projects.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have clearly defined career progression as you work towards an Account Director position. The company does ask that you have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience, with experience working with clients and as part of a larger agency (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills; with the ability communicate effectively with clients and other departments within the company.
  • A client services background, or experience managing large client accounts (desirable).
  • An understanding of the various schools of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, E-commerce, Creative etc.
  • An understanding of strategy for different digital marketing channels and how these channels work together.
