Job Title: Campaign Team Lead – Performance Marketing

My client is a fast-paced, fast-growing global start-up based in Central Berlin. Listed as one of Berlin’s hottest start-ups in 2021, they are expanding rapidly and hope to grow a team of the most ambitious, creative, and curious minds in performance marketing.

My client is looking for an experienced team lead in Performance Marketing to take the lead on its’ international movie marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the management of communications with international customers and take responsibility for the efficient handling of Performance Marketing campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and Google.

You will have strong leadership skills to motivate yourself and your team to handle and deliver various campaigns to improve upon outreach and optimisation and satisfy customer demands.

About the Role

• Management and delegation of 7+ digit monthly budgets for clients in the entertainment industry
• Strategic campaign planning, working in direct contact with your clients; finding out their needs, and providing the answers to their requests
• Providing support and guidance to your team members; offering development opportunities and proactively taking the lead on problem-solving
• Taking responsibility for the satisfaction of clients; communication is key!
• Creating media plans and making decisions on budget spending and allocation

About You

• You will have at least 5 years’ experience in Performance Marketing, with a great understanding of Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, and Google AdWords
• You have successfully managed your own team and led them to success
• You have a profound knowledge of the movie and TV industry
• You are an excellent communicator and are fluent in English, German, or French
• You are an excellent team-player and bring with you high enthusiasm and motivation to succeed
