Location: London – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Bonus

 

The Company

Due to new client acquisitions and exciting expansion plans, an award-winning performance agency based in Central London is looking for a Biddable Executive to join their Biddable team to work on Paid Media and PPC campaigns.

While the business is based out of their modern Central London, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment with flexible working hours, suited to your personal needs.

The agency has a huge focus on progression, with their Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director having started as Account Executives at the agency. Meaning you’ll have the opportunity to progress quickly to a Senior Executive position.

This is your opportunity to join a team that works on some of the biggest name brands in retail. This role has a heavier focus on PPC than Paid Media: So, if you have experience in PPC and Paid Media (or a desire to learn Paid Media), this is the perfect opportunity for you to progress in a cross-channel role.

 

Biddable Executive Role & Responsibilities

As the Biddable Executive, you will be primarily hands-on with the activation and optimisation of Paid Media Ads and PPC campaigns. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Working closely with and learning from your Biddable Manager to manage campaigns across PPC and Paid Social.
  • Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to Programmatic advertising.
  • Be hands on with campaign set-up, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Analysis of ongoing campaigns to optimise performance, including A/B testing.
  • Working proactively to develop your own skillset.
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing departments within the agency.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged but be an active focus for the business. You will have a personally tailored plan of formal training to continue your development as your progress into a more Senior Executive position. The business does, however, ask that you have:

  • 1+ Years PPC experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience running Paid Social and programmatic ads is desirable, but not essential, as these can be taught.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Performance Max.
  • Google Analytics (in particular GA4) experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Excel: Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.
  • Experience of working on multiple client accounts is advantageous.
  • A 2:1 in a relevant degree: Business, Marketing, Maths, Digital Marketing etc.
