About the Company

Due to continued success and growth and promotions within the team, an award-winning, independent digital agency are looking for their newest Biddable Account Manager to join their Paid Media team based in the heart of London.

The agency works in an extremely flexible, hybrid manner. You will have flexibility on your working hours that are suited to your individual needs if necessary and have flexibility with the days you choose to work in the office.

The business has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns and strategies to their clients and have recently invested in additional training opportunities to ensure you remain at the forefront of paid media and biddable advertising.

Biddable Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

With the support of the Head of Digital Strategy, you will work on delivery across a range of client accounts. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the new and existing paid media strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis; and delivering final reports and recommendations.
  • Work on the full pipeline of Paid Media/ Biddable Ads: From ideation to activation and optimisation.
  • Taking the lead on client communications on the accounts your work on, however client services will handle some of the day-to-day client communication.
  • Direct management of 1 Biddable executive, working with them on a smaller client account.
  • Work towards KPIs such as Sign Ups and Customer Acquisitions.


Your Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have a strong background and experience working with both PPC and Paid Media. In return you will receive a commitment from the agency to your own training and development. Additionally, the agency asks that you have:

  • 2+ years of paid social advertising experience.
  • Experience running Meta campaigns.
  • Team management experience.
  • Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency.
  • Experience working on PPC campaigns and advertising is desirable, but not essential.
  • Programmatic advertising experience is also desirable.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.
