Biddable Account Manager

Location: Remote/ Hybrid – London (Initially hybrid, with the option to go remote)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000


About the Company

Due to exciting new client acquisitions and business growth, an independent, full-service performance marketing agency based in South-West London are looking for a Biddable Account Manager to join their Paid Media team.

As Biddable Account Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on some of their high-profile and household name client accounts. These will include ecommerce clients in a wide variety of industries, from finance to skincare.

The agency has a huge focus on the training and progression of its employees. The agency recently has brought in external trainers to teach the whole Paid Ads team Programmatic advertising. Additionally, you will be given a dedicated progression plan to Biddable Account Director and Head of, tailored to your individual career choice.


Biddable Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

With the support of the Head of Digital Strategy, you will create and develop strategies as you take the lead on delivery across a range of client accounts. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the new and existing paid media strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis; and delivering final reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Organic and eCommerce team, to offer clients an integrated approach that meets the client needs.
  • Taking the lead on client communications on the accounts your work on.
  • Direct management of 1 Biddable executive, working with them on a smaller client account.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Reporting, SQR’s, and general activation.


Your Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have a strong background and experience working with both PPC and Paid Media. In return you will receive a commitment from the agency to your own training and development. Additionally, the agency asks that you have:

  • 2+ years of biddable advertising experience.
  • Experience running Meta campaigns. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads are nice to have, but not essential.
  • Ecommerce experience, including Shopify, is ideal.
  • Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency.
  • Previous experience working with Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping and Data Studio.
  • Experience working with budgets of £250,000.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.
