About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a global digital marketing agency is looking for a Biddable Account Director to join their London based offices on a hybrid basis, with only 1 day a week needed in the office. This means you could work on a primarily remote/ hybrid basis, with only needing to be commutable to London on occasion. The agency is very flexible on this and could even offer fully remote for the right candidate.

Despite the flexible working opportunities, the agency maintains a strong company culture with regularly company meet ups, seasonal parties, and holiday incentives.

The agency offers plenty of development opportunities including (but not limited to): workshops, internal training sessions, learning from SMEs the agency brings in, while gaining exposure to other digital marketing disciplines such as Display and SEO.

 

Biddable Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As Biddable Account Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Paid Social and take control of the client accounts you work on, while managing a team of Account Managers and Executives who will support in executing your strategic vision:

  • Work across a multitude of PPC and Paid media platforms; Paid Social, Mobile Apps, and Paid Search.
  • Your day-to-day will be split across team management, client management, Biddable strategy, and activation.
  • Work regularly with clients, in a very client facing capacity.
  • Remain hands on with activation and ongoing optimisations.
  • Direct management of a team of Account Managers and Executives, taking responsibility for their development and progression.
  • Work on very large Ad budgets for important clients.
  • Client relationship management, from new business pitches to client lunches.

 

Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work how is best for you as you continue your own professional development. The company does ask that you have:

  • 4 years of experience working on paid advertising campaigns.
  • PPC and Paid Social experience.
  • Experience working with Mobile Apps is desirable but can also be taught.
  • Experience of working with and managing large budgets.
  • Confidence in a client facing environment.
  • Account and project management experience.
  • Management of a team, with a variety of seniority (Executives and Managers).
  • Strong understanding of Analytics platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
