Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000

Location: Remote/ Hybrid/ London

They provide a range of networking services to global brands across a wide variety of sectors, from travel, to e-commerce, to financial services and government services, providing you with the opportunity for real variety in your work.

One of the most highly accredited IT Consultancies in the UK and are looking for a Marketing Manager to promote their achievements as part of their client attraction efforts, as well as boost internal recruitment. Based in London, the role is primarily remote with one day in the office every two weeks.


Digital Marketing Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the businesses overall marketing efforts; so, this role is suited to an all-rounder who is confident working in all aspects of digital marketing.

  • Take control of and own the businesses marketing strategy.
  • Drive development of case studies, website and content, social media campaigns and general content creation.
  • Improve internal attraction content, including job descriptions and recruitment videos.
  • Lead employee engagement with internal communication campaigns.
  • Driving initiatives to support this engagement, turning this into content for social media and web content.


Your Skills and Experience

The business is looking for someone with the creativity and the drive to enter the position, and really make the marketing efforts their own. They are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience with SEO.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategy, project, and campaign management, including forecasting and predicted ROIs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with employees throughout the business when necessary.
  • Confidence in proposing social media and content campaigns to senior partners.
