Location: London – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £60,000 + Bonus

Role Overview

As the B2B Marketing Content Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a strategic content plan that resonates with the company’s diverse audience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading content strategy: Craft and implement a content strategy that showcases the company’s client success stories and technical expertise.
  • Creating compelling, audience-focused content: Write and edit engaging blogs, case studies, reports, social media posts, and email campaigns that align with the brand’s voice.
  • Driving video content production: Plan, script, and oversee the creation of video content such as client testimonials, product demos, and educational material.
  • Ensuring brand consistency: Maintain a cohesive voice and tone across all content while collaborating with design teams to uphold high visual standards.
  • Collaborating across teams: Work with leadership, sales, and technical teams to gather insights and align content themes with market trends and business priorities.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in content creation and strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging, multi-format content.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of video content production, including storyboarding and scripting, and experience working with production teams.
  • Expertise in multi-channel content management, leveraging various platforms to engage target audiences.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners.
