About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning brand performance agency based in Central London are looking for an Amazon PPC Manager to join their PPC team.

As Amazon PPC Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on some of their high-profile and household name clients in the cosmetics and retail industry.

The agency has a huge focus on progression, with their Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director having started as Account Executives at the agency. Meaning you have the opportunity for rapid progression to a Senior PPC Manager and PPC Director position.

While the business is based out of their modern Central London office, they work in a hybrid and flexible working environment: You’ll be supported to work how is best for you. However with the free breakfasts, yoga and meditation classes hosted in their modern, central London office, you may choose to work in the office as much as you desire.

 

Amazon PPC Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the agency’s newest Amazon PPC Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management of Amazon Ads and Amazon Marketplace for client accounts. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Amazon Ads strategy, as well as exploring opportunities to grow accounts.
  • The day-to-day budgeting of ads to ensure optimisation and tracking client budget spend.
  • Creating forecasts and performance plans according to market specific trends.
  • Building and maintain strong client relationships, as you create strong client relationships.
  • Manage a team of Account Executives, ensuring quality of work and timelines are met.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be supported by the agency with a personal progression plan to a PPC Director position, with internal and external training opportunities and an annual training budget. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working on PPC campaigns.
  • Strong experience of working towards performance KPIs.
  • Previous experience working in an agency.
  • Google Shopping experience.
  • Amazon Ads experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience of developing junior executives.
  • A 2:1 in a relevant degree: Marketing, business, maths etc.
