The Account Director Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Account Director to join a digital agency that works with some seriously impressive clients. You’ll be based in Shoreditch, London, but the agency has offices around the world.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director who can manage client relationships and take ownership of some major strategies to drive results.

What the role involves
- Be a senior point-of-contact for clients for integrated accounts (SEO, PPC, social media, display, creative)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clients
- Take responsibility for budget, quality, and timeliness of deliverables
- Grow revenue of yours and your team’s clients
- Drive strategies forward using a cross-channel approach
- Take responsibility for monthly client billing
- Get involved with pitches to contribute to new business development
Experience required for the Account Director Job
- Experience in SEO, paid media, social media, and programmatic marketing
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role in digital marketing
- You have agency experience
- Blue-chip experience
- Highly organised with good attention-to-detail
- Focused on boosting results and growing revenue
