Location: London – Hybrid Working.

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Individual Bonus.

Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As Account Director you will work in a client facing capacity to maintain client relationships and grow the accounts you work on. Additionally, you will:

  • Creating long- and short-term strategy across all Digital and none-Digital channels
  • Predominantly focus on account growth and new business acquisition.
  • Ensure high levels of communication with clients both virtually and in person.
  • Be responsible for all finances processes, from internal forecasting to reconciliations.
  • Be integral in the preparation and delivery of new business acquisition and client pitches.
  • Oversee campaign planning, from brief to sign off.


Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of account growth through digital campaigns.
  • Previous experience in Performance Marketing across SEO, PPC, Paid Social or Display.
  • Knowledge of wider digital marketing industry verticals and trends.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with an attention to detail in your writing.
  • Microsoft Office skills covering Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in leadership skills, relationship management, and internal and external communication.
